FAQ

1. Can I pay with credit/debit card at the office?

We only accept cash payments.

2. When is the office open?

We have office hours from 13.00-17.00h on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You are always welcome to stop by if you want to subscribe for activities, if you have any questions or just for a chat and a cup of tea!
Our office is located at CREA building, we hope to see you there!

3. How can I sign up for activities?

To participate in activities you need to buy a ticket. The borrel is for free, but for other activities you need a ticket. The tickets will be sold at the borrel on Wednesday at the Coco’s Outback Bar (Thorbeckeplein 8) and at the ISN office. In Februari there will be a borrel at Coco’s every Wednesday. From March onwards the borrel will be once every two weeks on a Wednesday. Daytrips cost approximately E10,- - E20,-, depending on the activities plans for the day. The weekend trip costs approximately E85,-.

4. Can ISN help me with housing?

International Student Affairs is available by phone from Tuesday to Thursday between 09.00 and 10.00 (Dutch time; GMT +1).

5. Can ISN help me with course related issues?

Unfortunately ISN cannot help you with problems related to your studies. For this kind of questions you have to contact your faculty.

6. Does ISN hand out personal information about students?

No, never. All student information is confident and will not be shared with institutes, organizations or companies.
