Time: 14.30h
The bus will leave without you, so please make sure to be on time!

Schedule of Arrival in Risoul:
8.30 Bus Arrival in Risoul
8.30-9.30 Store luggage in deposit room
9.30-11.00 Material Pick-Up (ski/snowboard)
13.00 Ski Pass Pick-Up at Yeti Bar
Be prepared for a lot of waiting! We will arrive with 400 students in total, so you will have to wait for your turn!
Once
we arrive in Risoul (probably early in the morning, somewhere around
8.30) you will have to put your luggage in the storage room. This will
be locked until 17.00, when you will receive your keys to the
apartment. It's not possible to enter the storage room in the
meanwhile.
The ski passes will be fixed as soon as possible, and will probably be
handed out around 13.00h. This means that after you've dropped your
luggage in the storage room, you will pick up your ski/snowboard
material according to schedule (which will be communicated after we
arrive), and then go for a drink or a stroll until you can come get
your ski pass at the Yeti bar at 13.00h.
After all this, you have the whole afternoon for skiing and snowboarding! (Ski pass is valid for 7,5 days)
Ski-trip to Risoul, French Alps: 12 March – 21 March 2010
This year’s ESNow trip will take place in the French Alps, in the wonderful town of Risoul. If you can’t wait to show off your snow moves, or want to try to keep standing up straight after descending the piste; this is your chance! International students from every ESN Section in the Netherlands will join, so you’ll not only get to know students from Amsterdam better, but also from the rest of Holland. Like previous years, this promising trip offers a lot for a little: not only your accommodation will be included, but also your transportation from Amsterdam to Risoul and a skipass for 7,5 days. All this for a lousy €279,-!
So join now for the most unforgettable ESN experience you will ever have!!
Information about the accomodation:
All the ESNow participant will stay in a big apartment complex. You can let us know who you'd like to share the apartment for 4 people with. We will try to fulfill your wishes. A supermarket is at a walking distance (5 min), but very expensive. Therefore it's useful to bring some food with you (pasta, sauces, snacks, etc.).
Important: Don't loose one of the two keys of the apartment! The apartment complex will charge you 80 euros if you do. Also: you will have to hand in a 75,- euro deposit for your apartment in the bus (bring this in cash on the way to Risoul!). Please check the list of inventory carefully, so you can take this money back home with you if nothing is broken or missing at the end of the week. And bring a passport photo for your ski pass!
Location apartments and Wifi:
The apartment complexes are located at the foot of the mountain, so you can ski or board away on the 180 km of slopes right when you close the frontdoor. There are several restaurants and bars where you can eat or drink something after a great day of skiing or snowboarding. If you bring your own laptop, there's a possibility of using WiFi for free at the Yeti bar, or buy wireless internet coupons to use in your apartment for 5,- euro per hour.
Sign up deadline:
Signing up is possible until Februari 11, 2010 at the ISN Amsterdam office at Vendelstraat 2 during specific ESNow office hours. Bring a €50,- down payment to initiate your registration. A contract will be signed to confirm your payment. Ultimate deadline for the payment of the complete amount of money: the 11th of February 2010.
